Kitwek Association Secures 15,000 Dollars

The Kitwek Association secured 15,000 Dollars from the Western Australian Office of Multicultural issues.


Chairman Stephen Sitienei:

"We are pleased to announce this grant that will go into strengthening our Culture, Sports and Arts Initiative . The association's leadership will work with the members to identify prudent projects that will strengthen our community."

In a letter to the association, The Hon Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Interest acknowledged the importance of community organizations. The communication desk congratulate all those who participated in the drafting and presentation of the successful proposal for the funding.
